Teamviewer allows us to see your screen and control it, with your permission and under your supervision. The password you give us only allows us to connect once, and you can end the session at any time.

Teamviewer does not need to be installed, just double-clicked. After double-clicking on it, you will see your nine-digit ID and four-digit password. Please email us with the telephone number you want to be called on, and be ready to give us your ID and password over the telephone.
