We'd love to hear your suggestions for features we can add to the FTW Transcriber.

IMPORTANT: Before contacting us for technical support, please do the following:

- download the FTW Transcriber (here) and install it again so that you are definitely using the latest version.

- Open up your copy of Windows Media Player and click Help, Check for Updates; and if you are not running the latest version, please download and install it.

- Install the latest version of Flash on your computer by going to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

When you contact us, you must confirm you have done these three things.

If you are experiencing difficulty playing a particular file, please confirm to us whether the problem is just with that file or with others as well.
